MOMS SHADOW TRADING maintains and operates the https://mumshadow.com Website (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://mumshadow.com policies and rules.

1. General

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law of the UAE. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. We do not accept transactions from or ship to sanctioned jurisdictions including but not limited to: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.

2. Eligibility & Account

Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as users or conduct transactions on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Pricing & Description

Mum's Shadow provides sessions through the Site and mobile application. The price for each session ranges from AED 150 to AED 350 per session, and each session duration is 1 hour.

All prices are displayed in AED. Product descriptions, images, services, and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors may be corrected without liability.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay debit and credit cards in AED are accepted. The amount charged will be shown in your card currency on your statement.

4. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Orders already in preparation may not be eligible for cancellation.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security mechanisms, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
